Privacy Policy

This policy covers every game published by Studio 12 Games ("we", "us"), run by Studio 12, on the App Store and Google Play, and this website. In short: we don't ask who you are, we don't sell anything about you, and your game progress stays on your device.

What we don't collect

Our games have no accounts and no sign-in. We don't collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise or coarse location, or advertising identifier, and nothing you type in a game leaves your device.

What stays on your device

Each game saves its settings (such as sound and vibration) and your progress (such as best scores) on your device. We can't see or reach this data. Deleting the game deletes it.

Anonymous usage statistics

Some of our games send anonymous statistics about how they are played, such as when a game is started, how long a round lasts, how far a player gets, and whether the game crashed, along with the game's version and the device's operating system. Each install is identified only by a random number created by the game on your device, which is not linked to you, your device's hardware identifiers or your other apps. We use these statistics only to understand which games people enjoy and to fix problems. They are processed for us by PostHog, Inc. (privacy policy) and are not sold or shared with anyone else. A game's store listing shows whether it sends them.

Advertising and purchases

Our games currently show no ads and offer no in-app purchases. If that changes, we will update this policy before the version that adds them is released. Any purchase would be handled by Apple or Google; we would never see your payment details.

Children

Our games are made to be enjoyed by everyone. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the age set by the law where you live). The anonymous statistics described above contain no personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, for example by emailing us, contact us and we will delete it.

Emails you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and we use them only to reply. We delete them when they are no longer needed, or sooner if you ask.

This website

This website uses no cookies and no analytics. Our hosting provider, Google Firebase, processes standard server logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK, or the CCPA in California) you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. Because we don't collect personal information in our games, there is usually nothing to return, but write to us and we will answer every request.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above, and for any significant change, say so in the games' release notes.
