Terms of Use

These terms apply to the games published by Studio 12 Games ("we", "us"), run by Studio 12, and to this website. By downloading or playing one of our games you agree to them.

The store's terms come first

If you got a game from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to it, and these terms add to it. If you got it from Google Play, the Google Play terms apply as well. Where these terms and the store's terms disagree, the store's terms win.

Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, sell, rent or redistribute a game, or try to extract its source code, except where the law allows it.

Ownership

The games, their code, art, music and names belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us (credited in each game). The licence above is the only right these terms give you.

Play fair

Don't use a game to break the law, or interfere with it in ways meant to harm us or others.

No warranty

Our games are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do our best to make them work well, but we can't promise they will be free of bugs or always available, and we may update or stop offering a game at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our games, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the game. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do, and continuing to play means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States of America, without limiting the protection your own local consumer law gives you.
